The project of consulting support of the Ukroboronprom strategy development process is based on supplementing the existing work processes with approaches based on the nature of defence ecosystems in the world, introducing the relevant methodology into the work of the strategic group and using essential tools for further application in the development strategy of the concern, clusters and companies.
The strategic logic used in the work is fundamental in the countries of the Euro-Atlantic bloc. The requirements set for the participants considered new approaches to organisational leadership, ethics, self-sufficiency and balance of production entities, focus on the needs of customers and stakeholders, and the use of natural energy of partnership solutions in defence ecosystems.
The work done on strategic settings for each partner in specific markets and identifying their needs allowed us to decide strategically on which integrated product to enter the relevant types of markets.
