Contribute to developing and implementing the Grand Strategy of Ukraine with the heads of governmental institutions, influential non-state players and international partners.
Mohyla Strategic Agency (M-S-A) is a think and action tank.
The Agency serves as a platform for collaboration among public institutions, civil society, international partners, and the private sector to advance transformational initiatives that strengthen public systems, support Ukraine's economic, social, and humanitarian development, reinforce national defence, advance the country's national interests, and enhance the instruments of Ukraine's comprehensive national power.
As an action tank, we work with partners to design and implement transformational initiatives that strengthen the institutional capacity of public institutions, promote regional development, enhance Ukraine's humanitarian, economic, and societal resilience, and reinforce the long-term strength and effectiveness of the Ukrainian state.
As a think tank, we conduct research, produce policy papers and strategic analysis, and develop evidence-based recommendations. Our work is designed to catalyse the development of complex governance models and policy solutions for public institutions, civil society, and other strategic stakeholders.
Beyond generating strategic insights, our work strengthens institutional capacity and decision-making processes, reinforcing Ukraine's role as a trusted partner and an influential actor in regional and global political, security, and economic affairs.

System design
Design of complex systems models, achieving their internal and external integration, reducing fragmentation, and building an infrastructure of interaction between various actors.
Research and analytics
Development of analytical products (research, analysis of context and trends, markets, benchmarking), as well as providing analytical support during the development of solutions
Strategies development
Design and implementation of strategy sessions for determining strategic priorities, strategy development and transformation of companies and institutions; support in the implementation of strategies with key subsystems and players
Ecosystem design
Design of ecosystems, identification of players and connections, formation of a strategy for work in the ecosystem; attracting partners, expanding the ecosystem, including new players; promoting sustainable performance in the ecosystem; Value Net design
Policies and strategic documents
Development of policies, strategic documents and frameworks aimed at strengthening national strength and increasing Ukraine's unique advantages using existing strategic resources
Implementation of strategic decisions
Joint work with the heads of state bodies, national security institutions and strategic teams aimed at the development and implementation of models and transformational initiatives according to the priority areas determined by the President of Ukraine and the Government
Educational products
Development and implementation in partnership with the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School of strategic programs for ministers and deputy ministers, members of the Parliament, top management of the security and defence sector, heads of state agencies, leaders of the media, humanitarian institutions and public organizations
Business transformation
Implementation of transformational initiatives for business scaling, multiplication of business results; design of scalable open business models, business processes, organizational design
