For several years, MSA's strategic cooperation with the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has been aimed at developing the organisational and institutional capacities of the NBU as the leading Ukrainian regulator and leader of the country's economic reforms.
The cooperation with the NBU was based on several formats of interaction, including training, working groups and strategic sessions. Strategic sessions moderated by Oleksandr Savruk and Eduard Maltsev, together with the NBU's senior management, allowed top managers to define its strategic priorities both as an organisation and as one of the critical state institutions in the country's economic sector to reach a shared understanding and strategic approaches, to develop the NBU's strategy both in the context of Ukraine's financial systems and the transformation of the NBU into a modern, efficient type of organisation with new role priorities in the current environment.
