Cooperation with Free Press Unlimited, a media organisation based in the Netherlands, involved the systematic implementation of its News Exchange project. The main interaction format was strategic sessions moderated by Oleksandr Savruk in Kyiv and Amsterdam.
During the strategic sessions, the participants discussed the context, methodological approaches to building and setting up ecosystems, the business models of media participants and the ecosystem as a whole, as well as the roles of networking participants — representatives of democratic media from key countries, priorities in identifying clients, and the terms of reference for building and setting up media business models in the context of the ecosystem.
