The project aimed to create a favourable national humanitarian space for the development of society and to cultivate a system of values to ensure sustainable development at the level of the individual, business, and the state.

As a result of the work, a project of transformational changes in the company was introduced, based on the transition from the concept of a provider of educational lectures in the field of culture and art to providing comprehensive solutions for personal development and meeting other intangible needs of clients in both the private and corporate segments. A humanitarian component was introduced into the modern educational and management paradigm, which fundamentally expands the scope of decision-making, thinking and creativity in all its manifestations. A concept of a scalable business model was developed.
