Mohyla Strategic Agency (M-S-A) is a think and action tank.
The Agency serves as a platform for cooperation among government institutions, civil society, international partners, and other stakeholders to advance transformational initiatives across public governance, economic, social, and humanitarian development. Its mission is to strengthen Ukraine's defence capabilities, promote the country's national interests, and enhance the instruments of Ukraine's national power.
As an action tank, M-S-A works with partners to design and implement transformational initiatives that reinforce the institutional capacity of public institutions, foster regional development, strengthen Ukraine's humanitarian, economic, and social resilience, and contribute to the long-term development of the Ukrainian state.
As a think tank, we conduct research, produce policy papers and analytical publications, and develop evidence-based recommendations. Our work is designed to catalyse the development of complex governance models and innovative solutions for public institutions, civil society, and other strategic stakeholders.
Our research also contributes to strengthening institutional capacity and decision-making processes, reinforcing Ukraine's role as a reliable partner and an influential actor in regional and global political, security, and economic affairs.

Political consulting and balance of interests
M-S-A initiates and guides the implementation of systemic education solutions—from strategic design and piloting to adaptation and scaling.
