Geopolitical dynamics
The Mohyla Strategic Agency works with national institutions to shape the architecture of foreign policy. Security and defense
Ukraine’s long-term security depends not only on the results of combat operations, but also on the architecture that defines how force, deterrence, and resilience are formed and applied. The Mohyla Strategic Agency contributes to the development of this architecture by supporting national institutions in rethinking defense as a multi-component system that integrates military capabilities with cognitive, economic, and societal resilience.

Our work focuses on strategic sectors and systems that will determine Ukraine’s future place in global value chains and regional power configurations. The Mohyla Strategy Agency develops integrated system architectures that transform disparate policy areas into coherent national frameworks in our key priority areas.
